Welcome to the Naples & Spence Blog!

We hope this message finds you and your family well and in good health during these challenging times. With the downturn in the economy and the abrupt halt of our daily lives due to the novel Coronavirus, we’ve had a chance to sit back and reflect on what is most important to us as not only as business owners but as people. We hope you’ve had an opportunity to spend some quality time with your loved ones as life slows down for the time being.

For us, the most important aspect of our business is our clients and our clients’ satisfaction with our services. Without satisfied clients, we would not have a successful business. We are fortunate that we’ve had wonderful and loyal clients from the first day of opening our doors in September, 2017. We strive to do things “the right way” and we believe that doing things “the right way” will lead to success and a better quality of work-life. Our profession is a difficult and a stressful one, one in which we take our clients’ problems and make them ours. What makes our job less-stressful is working with great clients and great people.

As we continue in 2020, our promise to you, our current and future clients, is to provide a high level of legal services at an affordable rate, to effectively and consistently communicate throughout the course of representation, and to do our best to make your experience working with our office as painless and stress-free as possible. For our former clients, our ask is that if you feel that you received a 5-star experience working with our office, please let us know by leaving us a review on Google (https://goo.gl/maps/bqTZdaaozYS5hHYH6). We would greatly appreciate your kind words. We do not advertise in the traditional sense and therefore we rely heavily on word-of-mouth referrals. We find that most people that are referred to our office search us on Google to take a look at our website and our reviews.

Our office represents clients primarily in estate planning, probate administration and litigation, family law, personal injury, business law, and general civil litigation and appeals. Although these are our primary areas of practice, we do practice in other areas and we would welcome you to visit the “practice areas” tab on our website. Our plan with this blog is to post a topic at least once a week. The goal of this blog would be to discuss the topic and hopefully educate the reader. We would welcome you to submit questions to [email protected] and we may answer those questions here via our blog.

Stay tuned! Until next time, we hope you and your family stay safe!
